Travel Tip

We recommend Welsh Rarebit: Also sometimes called Welsh Rabbit, this dish has nothing to do with rabbits! Rather, Welsh Rarebit is a chic version of cheese on toast. Is is made using grated Cheddar and a mustard and beer sauce that is mixed together with an egg and placed on top of a slice of toast before being grilled in the oven.

Travel Tip

We recommend Sunday Roast: This is a traditional roast with beef or lamb, mostly served on Sunday for lunch. It comes with a good Yorkshire pudding, which should be light so you can mop up the juices of the meat. The legend says that the tradition of Sunday Roasts was established when people put meat into the oven just before going to church, in order to have a prepared meal when coming back home.
